We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges unless the item was damaged upon receipt. In the event, the dress arrives in a damaged condition contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your dress and we can arrange to send a return authorization (RAN) for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress if available or issue a merchandise credit .The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact.
Please note that shipping is at your cost, via a trackable method. Merchandise needs to be back to store (Valenti Childrens's Boutique) within 5 days from the original ship date. Once returned items will be inspected and we will issue the exchange, usually within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
