Valenti is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% pleased with a product you received, we will gladly exchange or issue a store credit for future purchase. Merchandise must be returned unused/unwashed and with the original tags. Items without tags will be refused.
- All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You can get yours by contacting us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- Please note that being issued an RA number does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your exchange. Items are still subject to inspection. We will provide the return address along with the RA number. Orders received without prior approval cannot be accepted. Valenti is not responsible for return shipping charges (all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility).
- All exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored
