Shipping Policy

Most orders take approximately 24 hours to process. And ship within 24 to 48 hours after processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

**Kindly note that delivery times are not guaranteed (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to several other factors including national holidays, carrier delays, weather, merchandise availability and credit card authorization.

Shipping Rates:

  • All items are shipped Via USPS Priority Mail. If you need us to send your shipping USPS Express Mail, Please email us at as it is available at an additional charge.
  • Shipping rates vary depending on weight of item(s) and location.  All packages will be sent using United States Postal Service.
  • USPS Priority Mail takes between 2-3 business days for delivery.
  • Insurance is not included in our free shipping. If you would like insurance added to your shipment. Please notify us via email immediately after placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Shipments:  

  • All packages come with delivery confirmation. Any stolen packages will become a claim with USPS. (We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments).

Order Tracking:

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the customer once the order ships.

Back orders:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charge any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Florida address.
